We only print to order in order to waste as little material as possible. Therefore we need one to two weeks production and shipping time. It is therefore possible that your package will arrive three days after your order or that it may take longer.
As soon as your package has been packed and handed over to DHL, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number from DHL or Warenpost International.
Orders are released for shipping after the payment method has been approved or the payment has been registered. The specified delivery times apply from the day following the payment order for normal order volumes. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
Please note: In the case of cross-border delivery, additional taxes (e.g. In the case of an intra-Community acquisition) and/or duties (e.g. Customs duties) may apply in individual cases, which the customer must bear.

Tracking
Tracking information is automatically emailed to all customers. Or notified by SMS when the phone number is added to your order. If you do not receive this, please check your spam folder.
Refund
Your order will be made personally for you. That's why we would like to ask you not to order several sizes, but to look at the size charts for the respective product or to write your size question by email to info@droeme.com. If you are not satisfied with your order, that would be a pity, but of course possible.
Returns are accepted within 14 business days of your arrival. All garments must be returned unworn, in 100% re-saleable condition and in the original packaging. If you would like to return an order, please email us with your order number, the item you wish to return and your reason for return. The return shipping and the costs incurred must be borne by you. If we receive unauthorized returns, we will return them to the sender. The shipping costs for the returned package are to be borne by the customer.
Once an accepted return arrives at our office, we'll refund the money the same way you sent it to us within five business days.

2. Send your return to the following address:

3. Once your return arrives at our office, we will refund you within five business days.
