Droeme uses ecological or recycled materials. The cotton, for example, is not conventional, but 100% organic.
Tencel and modal are also used, which are biodegradable and are made from eucalyptus or beech pulp irrigation and also absorbs a lot of carbon.
Wherever possible, we also use recycled polyester, which can be reused within a cycle.
All textiles are equipped with the most important eco-certificates and seals on the market in order to meet our own high standards of sustainable and fair production.
These include the OCS Blended, Oeko-Tex and GOTS seals of quality. The latter is the strictest certification for textiles made from ecological fibers.

At Droeme we use for some products recycled cotton and polyester to give our t-shirts and sweatshirts more stability, our accessories more strength and our jackets sustainability.
The recycling of cotton and polyester allows significant energy savings in the manufacturing process one of the greatest environmental challenges of our time – around 9.5 million tons of plastic are thrown into the oceans worldwide every year, most of it for single use.
